1. The seller

JemResonance is the trading name of SASU J.Mirmikidis, registered in France under SIRET FR10308047900019, VAT FR17103080479, registered office: 95 Corniche Kennedy, 13007 Marseille, France. Contact: contact@jemresonance.com.

2. Material characteristics & product representation

Every product listed is a handcrafted Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowl sourced directly from Crystal Tones®, or a curated accessory. Bowls are made of high-purity quartz crystal fused with gemstones, minerals, and noble metals. Small visual variations, slight color gradients, surface texturing, or minor structural unique marks are inherent characteristics of the artisan manufacturing process. These are distinct signatures of a handmade work of art and do not constitute manufacturing faults or structural defects.

3. Pricing & taxes

• European Union Orders: Applicable taxes and VAT are calculated dynamically and displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.
• International Orders (Including the UK): Prices are exclusive of local VAT, customs duties, and import fees. The buyer is solely responsible for all import regulations, duties, local taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by their destination country upon entry.

4. Orders & payment

Orders are placed via our secure Shopify checkout. Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase. A confirmation email serves as the binding contract between you and JemResonance.

5. Shipping & transfer of risk

Complimentary courier shipping is offered to the EU and UK on the entire collection of Alchemy Crystal Bowls. All shipments are expertly packed and fully insured against transit damage. Orders are prioritized for dispatch immediately upon successful payment verification (typically within 2 to 3 business days).

Upon successful delivery by the courier, the legal ownership and all physical risks associated with the instrument transfer immediately and entirely to the buyer.

6. Arrival verification protocol (damaged items)

Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls are exceptionally fragile. To validate a transit damage insurance claim with our courier, the buyer must strictly adhere to the following protocol:

• External Inspection: Inspect the outer packaging immediately upon delivery. If visible damage is present, photograph the box before opening.
• Strict 48-Hour Notification Window: Any transit damage or shattering must be reported to contact@jemresonance.com within 48 hours of delivery.
• Mandatory Evidence: Your report must include clear, continuous unedited video or photographic proof of the broken instrument, the internal packaging materials, and the external shipping box with the shipping label intact.

Failure to report transit damage with the required photographic evidence within 48 hours invalidates our courier insurance protocol; late claims or claims lacking documentation cannot be accepted for replacement or refund.

7. Statutory right of withdrawal (EU/EEA customers only)

In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, consumers residing within the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA) have a statutory period of 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal without justifying their reasons.

• Mandatory Secure Return: To protect the delicate nature and high value of these instruments, all authorized returns must be organized exclusively by JemResonance via our designated DHL account. Buyers are strictly prohibited from shipping items back via their own methods.
• Cost Deduction: The full cost of this premium insured DHL return shipping service will be deducted directly from your final refund.
• Condition: The instrument must be returned in its original, immaculate, unplayed condition, packed precisely inside its original internal and external packaging. Before a return is authorized, you must email 6 high-resolution photos (4 sides, top, bottom) to confirm pristine condition. We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any diminished value if the item shows signs of handling or wear sustained while in your possession.

8. International sales & refused customs (Non-EU/EEA, including the UK)

For all international deliveries outside the EU/EEA, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for changes of mind.

If an international shipment is refused by the recipient due to unpaid import charges and is looped back to our studio, a refund or store credit will be issued only upon safe, intact receipt of the package, minus the original outbound shipping fee, the actual cost of the return carrier shipping, and a 15% administrative restocking fee.

9. Care & post-delivery liability

JemResonance cannot accept liability for any physical damage, chips, cracks, or breakages caused by accidents, over-striking, environmental drops, or incorrect handling that occurs after a successful delivery has been completed.

Accidental damage sustained after delivery completely voids any statutory right of withdrawal. We highly recommend that clients independently insure their premium instruments against accidental breakage within their personal studio or home contents insurance policies from the day of arrival.

10. Wellness disclaimer

Sound baths and Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls® are wellness and relaxation practices. They do not replace a medical diagnosis, treatment, or medical follow-up.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, sound, logos and marks — is the property of JemResonance or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written consent. Crystal Tones® and Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowl™ are registered marks of Crystal Tones, Inc.

12. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted first to amicable resolution; failing this, to the competent courts of Marseille, France, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
